14 Day Cancellation Policy To ensure fairness and efficient scheduling for all clients, please note the following cancellation policy: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the scheduled reservation time are nonrefundable. If you cancel or request to reschedule within this 14-day window, you will forfeit the full amount of the booking fee.
